Our kitchen team processes the organic produce (LU BIO 02) from our Haff from our Haff, transforming it into delicious foods and preserves: jams, pickles, sauerkraut, and much more.

Products are available from the Buttek at the Haff Ditgesbaach and also at the regional markets.
